Common denial pitfalls

- HSP status is tied to your employer. If you change jobs during review, redo your HSP status and proactively submit documents from the new company.
- Your spouse's pension and insurance are checked too. Unpaid student years or a missed Category 3 procedure when becoming a dependent may not be accepted even if fixed later.
- Income is based on taxable income for January–December. New graduates without a full calendar year of work may want to wait for a full-year tax certificate.
- Keep resident and forest tax records for 5 years, especially receipts and payment records for amounts not deducted from salary.
- If your period of stay is shortened at a renewal during review, it may directly affect the result.
